LOS BANOS – The future of Philippine furniture may be glimpsed in the vayasuvas and voyavoy. The vayasuvas is a pandan-like climbing plant found in the lowland forests of Mt. Iraya in the Batanes. It grows up to 10 meters long, its branches reaching 3 meters.
